No such thing in TPA...... try I SEE SHARKS, near the old Trapmans. Just over the gandy bridge on left hand side. COX Seafood on N. Dale Mabry, I have always heard has good quality stuff, but I have never ventured out there.
If you buy quantity, try tapping into the wholesale channel with Sammy's Seafood out of St. Pete. This is who we use for our seafood at Chefs on the Loose. You'll get a pricesheet for what is in twice a week, and they'll deliver if you have decent orders. Hands down, best around.
Great stuff, we get soft shells live when in season, killer oysters, caviars, crabs you name it. It doesn't get any better in TPA.
