- If you live in Tampa Bay, Why are you here?
- Weather, and whether hot & humid or cool & comfortable, Tampa is home. I have lived here so long, I remember when an end-zone seat at Tampa Stadium was only $9 !
- How long have you lived here?
- 24 years -
- What neighborhood do you live in, why did you choose it and what do you like about it?
- Town N Country. Real Estate was cheap in '86. I enjoy hearing the airplanes and the helicopters near TIA. Rice & Beans should replace the hot dog for America's #1 food, Tampa has the best Cuban sandwiches and the best places to find plantains and rice & beans.
- If you were to move to a different neighborhood, what would it be and why?
- Downtown - I would love to walk to Tampa Theatre and TBPAC to watch shows. It might be sputtering right now, but eventually downtown will be the place to live in Tampa.
- What is your favorite thing about Tampa?
- It's not New York but there are lots of New Yorkers that live here, so there is always someone to share a laugh with.
- What kinds of things are you involved in?
- neighborhood clean ups, animal causes, encouragement to others
- Tell us about what you do.
- Working at a local not-for-profit members association as an adminstrative assistant. The best thing is going to the events and meeting people, members and guests, who are there to network with other business professionals.
My oldest kid graduated from Rollins this year and she is forbidding me from getting another dog (I have two), but I am leaning that way...
My teens are patient with me as I struggle with trying to keep up with them and all the new techology gadgets they have...
- If you live in Tampa, Why do you stay?
- I grew up here, even though I did not move here till I was 23. I'd rather live in Tampa than any of the other places I have lived in the U.S.

- New York, Trenton, Baltimore, Virginia Beach,
- What kinds of things are you interested in seeing on Brand Tampa?
- free (or cheap) events to attend, Tampa rip-off alerts, music scene, fundraising events, recipe contest for a signature Tampa drink, classes for adults, classes for teens, dog oriented events.
