Channel District Neighborhood Update

Three proposed parks
Almost 2500 residents now call the Channel District home
$10,000 in credit & incentives for aspiring retailers to open up shop
A coffee shop is opening up at The Place
St. Pete Times Forum ranked #2 arena in the nation for ticket sales in 2008 (#1 was Madison Square Garden)
