Suncoast REIA hosts "Real Estate Basics" on Thursday, Jan 21, at the Double Tree Hotel, 4500 W Cypress, Tampa. The meeting starts at 7:00 pm. Free to Suncoast REIA members; guests: $20 - or join at the door !
Cliff Barteaux will speak to members & guests about the real estate mess, uh, market, and how to get started the right way in real estate. Real estate prices have adjusted, and now may be the best time to be investing. This is the meeting to attend if you are thinking about becoming involved in real estate investing or if you want more success at real estate.
